These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Linefolio (“the Service”), operated by an individual sole trader established in Bulgaria. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Linefolio lets you capture your career as a timeline and, optionally, publish it as a public profile at a username of your choice. The Service is provided free of charge.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

Acceptable use

When using Linefolio, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or impersonates another person.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to harvest others' data.

Content ownership

You own the content you create on Linefolio — your profile and career entries remain yours. By publishing a public profile, you grant us the limited licence necessary to host and display that content to visitors of your public page. You can remove your content at any time by editing or deleting it.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be available. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we are legally required to remove. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your content may be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and where appropriate we will notify you.
